Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 104,000 to 142,000 to apply.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Full-Stack ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the design, implementation, and success of mission-critical machine learning systems.

What will you do as a Senior Full-Stack ML Engineer?

Reporting to the AI/ML Technical Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Take end-to-end ownership of designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical ML systems, with a core focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Lead the technical strategy for developing and fine-tuning models (PyTorch, Hugging Face) and implementing LLM-based workflows (LangChain).
• Design, build, and take accountability for highly performant and secure ML-serving APIs (FastAPI) and their data persistence strategy (SQLAlchemy, SQL/NoSQL).
• Establish and govern standards for dataset construction , evaluation metrics, and a comprehensive testing strategy (Pytest).
• Drive the integration of ML services with external infrastructure (like Kafka, REST APIs) and collaborate with MLOps for scalable deployment on AWS.

Essential:

• Extensive experience in full-stack ML development, with a proven track record of deploying and monitoring models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in building APIs (FastAPI), testing (Pytest), and managing data persistence (SQLAlchemy, SQL/NoSQL).
• Deep expertise in ML frameworks, specifically PyTorch and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and familiarity with LLM applications using tools like LangChain.
• Experience with AWS for deployment and integrating ML services with systems like Kafka queues or external REST APIs.
