Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed, driven, and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and open houses.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of clients and property listings.
  • Research and stay informed on local market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Guide clients through the negotiation and closing process with integrity and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and real estate software tools.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other industry-related digital tools.
