We're looking for a Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing remote team

This is a long-term, full-time work-from-home opportunity where you'll provide virtual administrative and patient support to a dental practice while ensuring excellent service and full HIPAA compliance.

If you're organized, reliable, and tech-savvy with a professional home setup, we'd love to have you on board — fresh graduates of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or related courses are welcome to apply

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients virtually while collecting necessary information
  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Manage calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate effectively with dentists, patients, and team members
  • Maintain updated and organized patient records and reports
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related course

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Friendly, patient-centered, and able to build positive relationships
  • Fast learner with a team-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection (with backup preferred)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a plain or clean background
  • Dual monitor setup

Technical Requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB preferred)
  • Webcam: 1080p quality (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • Power Backup: UPS for uninterrupted work

Training Program

Comprehensive training will be provided covering:

  • Common dental procedures and terminology
  • Effective communication and patient handling
  • Use of dental management software and systems

Training Details:

  • Compensation: ₱10,000/month + night differential
  • Schedule: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • (Upon completion, transition to a full 9-hour shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
