The Audit Intern is responsible for collecting the departmental policies and procedures, updating audit folder and pertinent files, conducting Compliance and Operational tasks by the Audit Assistant Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Maintaining and updating audit pertinent files (hard copy and soft copy) while ensuring the proper handling and confidentiality of files.

  2. Will extend help in Monitoring the Marketing Campaign, KOL/Endorsers Deliverables, Marketing Content Calendar and Posting Schedules.

  3. Aid the audit in stocks and price monitoring in Online Platforms (Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok).

  4. Measures the Response Rate and Lead time of CSR with comments on LMI Pages.

  5. Help the auditor in tracking and updating of Promo Work Plan and EDE.

  6. Perform Compliance Audits in Security Control, Workplace Safety and Dress Code.

  7. Assist the Auditor in Validation of GPS logs of Audit, Trade Marketing and Sales.

  8. Will extend help and assistance with Auditor in the quarterly summarization and compiling Department's Performance review.

  9. Responsible for the requisition of audit consumables/ supplies and monitoring of consumptions.

  10. Work on ad-hoc projects for the Internal Audit department.

  11. Perform other duties assigned by the Audit Assistant Manager.
