About the role
Unicorn Telecom Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR/ADM professional to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As an HR/ADM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and people management functions within our fast-paced and rapidly growing telecommunications organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and administer various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless HR service delivery
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and events that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
- Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
