The Kitchen Crew Member is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

This role involves working efficiently to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in food preparation tasks, such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

  2. Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

  3. Ensure that kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

  5. Follow health, safety, and food sanitation guidelines at all times.

  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the supervisor.

  7. Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.

  8. Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

  9. Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

  10. Perform other tasks as assigned to support the kitchen's smooth operation.

--Qualification Requirements--

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is preferred.

*Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not required.

*Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.

*Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices.

--Work Experience--

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience.

*Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

*Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

*Flexible and adaptable to work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,070.00 per month
