About the role

As a Medical Technologist (Medtech) at Anchor Lab', you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to provide high-quality healthcare products and services to our customers. You will be responsible for conducting a range of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the integrity and safety of our pharmaceutical and medical device products. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team in a rapidly growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to microbiology, haematology, and biochemistry tests
  2. Accurately documenting and reporting test results in compliance with standard operating procedures and quality control measures
  3. Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance initiatives
  5. Actively participating in continuous improvement activities and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology.
  2. Current registration and license as a Medical Technologist (Medtech) in the Philippines
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory.
  4. Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
