Ang Field Sales Staff ay responsable sa pagbebenta at pagpapakabit ng WiFi services sa mga kliyente. Kasama rito ang pakikipag-usap sa mga tao sa field, pagpapaliwanag ng mga promo o serbisyo, at pagtulong sa installation upang matiyak ang maayos na karanasan ng customer.

Tungkulin:

  • Mag-promote at magbenta ng WiFi plans at serbisyo sa mga potensyal na kliyente.
  • Magsagawa ng house-to-house o field sales sa mga itinalagang lugar.
  • Ipakilala at ipaliwanag ang mga promo, presyo, at proseso ng installation sa mga customer.
  • Tumulong sa pag-fill out ng application forms at pagproseso ng requirements.
  • Makipag-coordinate sa technical team para sa iskedyul ng installation.
  • Siguraduhing nasisiyahan ang mga customer at magbigay ng after-sales assistance kung kinakailangan.
  • Abutin o lampasan ang buwanang sales target.
  • Magtago ng maayos na talaan ng benta at ulat.
  • Maging propesyonal sa pakikitungo sa lahat ng kliyente at aktibidad sa field.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • Senior High School graduate o Undergraduate.
  • Bukas para sa may o walang sales experience (may training na ibibigay).
  • Magaling makipag-usap at makihalubilo sa tao.
  • Handa magtrabaho sa field at makipagkita sa mga bagong kliyente araw-araw.
  • May kaalaman sa basic WiFi setup o internet connection ay isang plus.
  • Masigla, determinado, at may malasakit sa customer service.
