As a Sales Associate, you will be at the core of every customer interaction. With your warmth, energy, and enthusiasm for our products, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere that makes shopping enjoyable and keeps customers coming back.

Your Key Responsibilities


• Engage with customers

Greet customers with a warm smile, assist with their shopping needs, and highlight product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to encourage purchases.


• Provide support and assistance

Help customers with questions, guide them to the right products, assist at the counters, offer carts, and support with basic cashiering tasks when needed.


• Check merchandise condition

During slower hours, inspect items for damage, missing tags, or stock issues. Coordinate with Stock Clerks for timely pull-outs or replenishments.


• Support promo pricing and tagging

Make sure promotional items are correctly tagged and displayed. Request new tags when needed and assist in re-tagging merchandise as directed.


• Keep the selling area neat and organized

Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, displays, and fixtures. Help ensure merchandise is tidy and the store layout is visually appealing.
