JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Manager develops and executes strategies to build and maintain a company's brand image, ensuring products and services resonate with consumers. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels (online and offline), managing brand budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like partner management and product development to maintain a consistent brand message. They track performance metrics, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies to meet business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Planning
: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives, including creating brand guidelines, vision, and value propositions.

Market Research
: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for brand positioning.

Campaign Management
: Oversee the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across all channels, such as digital, print, social media, and television.

·      
Budget Management
: Create and manage marketing and campaign budgets, ensuring a return on investment (ROI).

·      
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging and product development.

Performance Tracking
: Monitor brand performance through key metrics like awareness, loyalty, and sales, then use this data to adjust strategies.

·      
Brand Consistency
: Act as the "custodian of the brand," ensuring its identity, visual elements, and voice are consistent across all platforms and activities.

Promotional Activities
: Oversee promotional activities, including in-store displays and product packaging design.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·      Bachelor's Degree, in any field. Marketing or Advertising degree is an advantage.

·      Technology savvy and should possess excellent knowledge of online trends.

·      Advanced communication skills.

·      Presentable, persistent and assertive.

·      Works well under supervision, alone or with others.

·      Able to manage a team.

·      Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
