About the role

Join Stile Italia Inc., a leading provider of high-quality furniture, as an Inventory Clerk. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing the flow of inventory to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained at optimal levels
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods
  • Accurately record all inventory transactions in the company's database
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with the preparation of inventory reports and analysis
  • Support the procurement team by providing up-to-date inventory information
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and well-maintained

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic numerical and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or databases
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory or warehousing role
