About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our data management processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately inputting data into our database and spreadsheets from a variety of sources
  • Verifying and proofreading data to ensure high levels of accuracy
  • Maintaining and updating existing records in a timely and organised manner
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data projects and reporting as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data management practices
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with data

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport and logistics, or warehousing industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A commitment to continuously improving data management processes
