About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at AGnP Corporation. This full-time role based in Mariveles Bataan will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our products and services, and to generate leads and drive sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract new customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales leads, and support the closing of sales
  • Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our offerings
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategy
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, and suggest improvements
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Assist with the management of our social media channels and online presence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and content creation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
