Our mission is to provide our customers with "Perfect Parts and Tools, On Time, Every Time", based on scalable, repeatable and cost-effective manufacturing processes. We design, manufacture and market a complete range of consumable parts and tooling used in the assembly and testing of semiconductors. These include Rubber pick-up tools, Tungsten carbide die collets, Adhesive dispensing nozzles, Die ejector needles, Wire-bond clamps and EFOs, Mold pot & plungers, and Trim/form tools. Our vision is to become a Five Star company. By building a Five Star Factory, we aim to have High-Performance Teams. Qualifications & experience

• 5-10 years Quality Engineering/operational experiences in implementing processes, policies, and systems. Good Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Being certified in Quality professional techniques is expected.
• Strong knowledge in CNC Machining Processes (Turning, Milling, Wirecut, and EDM) and a certified in Quality professional techniques is a plus.
• With proven track record in Quality Management, international exposure is a definite plus.
• Must have excellent knowledge, skillsets & experiences in precision product manufacturing environment (Knowledge and precision machining and rubber products formulation and manufacturing are a plus).
• Strong operational background & experiences in terms of product & process quality compliance.
• Strong knowledge of all quality tools & systems, ISO certification, etc.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead technical & quality dept for sustainability towards continuous improvement.
• Strong ability on relationship building/networking with customers, suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders is a requirement.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible in develop, improve and enhance manufacturing processes to achieve our mission of providing our      customers with Perfect Parts and Tools, On Time, Every Time Based on Scalable, Repeatable and Cost-Effective      Processes in 4 key areas and teams:

o Metal Machining

o Plastic and Rubber Machining

o Standardized Tooling, Workholding, Fixturing and Programming

o Quality System development & enhancement.

• Apply suitable quality techniques, collaborate with sales, design, R&D, process development, and production teams using a holistic approach to understand customer needs and delights customers with flawless and innovative solutions.
• Ensure high standard of quality, develop & implement proven approaches that can enhance productivity, and uptime based on scalable, repeatable, cost-effective processes.
• Develop and implement best-in-class quality systems and techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma) that enable competitive engineering solutions, cost optimized manufacturing approaches, robust processes, and effective programs, in accordance with our vision for Five Star Factory
• Develop and apply relevant quality techniques (such as DFM, DFSS, QFD, etc.) to cultivate innovation excellence by developing breakthroughs in processes, products, procedures, methods, and materials.
• Determine key metrics for performance of customer, engineering, and quality teams. Identify and implement improvements.
• Guide and motivate worldwide team of technical & quality staff to support our global customers.
• Set key targets and provide data analytics of quality performance to relevant management teams.
• Assess effectiveness of quality solutions, customer satisfaction levels, and continuous improvement strategy
• Jointly lead effort toward: High Performance Team, Customer Support, 8S/ESG, Operational Excellence, and Innovation Excellence.
• Collaborate and contribute materially and consistently in building and sustaining operational excellence and a lean operating structure that enables flawless, fast, flexible manufacturing.
• Work with the respective teams from our other subsidiaries to support our global customers.
