Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Accounts position located in Pasay. The Assistant Manager - Accounts will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, preparing financial statements, and supporting audits. The role also includes supervising team members, analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Strong skills in Taxation, Compliance, and Audit Preparation
• Expertise in using Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to manage and collaborate with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is preferred
