Job Description:

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of employee engagement management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee morale and retention
  • Designing and organizing team building activities and events to foster a positive work culture
  • Collaborating with HR and management to develop and implement wellness programs and other benefits that improve employee satisfaction
  • Conduct surveys and other feedback tools to gather feedback and gauge employee satisfaction levels
  • Analyze survey results and create action plans to address areas needing improvement
  • Help establish and maintain an open-door policy for employees to communicate with management
  • Recognize and reward employees for exceptional work and contributions
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on social media management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in HR Engagement roles or Marketing (Employee Engagement), preferably in a similar industry or environment (employees are mostly working from home).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and multimedia editing apps (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Kapwing).
  • Able to travel if needed
  • Preferably Cebu-based and can work onsite if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
