About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auditor to conduct internal audits of financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with government regulations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial audits of statements, accounts, payroll, expenses, and cash records, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
  • Review internal controls, audit operational processes (fleet, maintenance, fuel, dispatch), and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations (BIR, DOTr, etc.), assess risks, and present actionable audit findings.
  • Prepare clear audit reports, maintain documentation, and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, HSE, and HR, providing guidance on internal control best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Auditor (experience in logistics/trucking industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.
  • Familiarity with Philippine taxation and regulatory requirements (BIR, DOTr, etc.).
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • CPA license is a strong advantage.
