Sales and Marketing for Software as a Service

The SaaS Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for the company's software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. This role combines strategic marketing, lead generation, and consultative sales to successfully promote, position, and sell cloud-based solutions to target clients.
Sales Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and events.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and discovery sessions with prospects.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows to recommend the appropriate SaaS solution.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close subscription-based deals.
- Coordinate with technical and customer success teams for onboarding and post-sale support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (MRR/ARR, conversion rates).

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or B2B marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and subscription business models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
