Credit and Collection Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit and collection (preferably handling Philippine customers)
  • Knowledge in billing processes and SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day collection and billing activities for assigned customers
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and reconciliations
  • Prepare collection reports, deposit slips, and payment documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for invoice adjustments, write-offs, or legal actions
  • Support audits by providing required documentation
