Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or related field

  • With at least eight (8) years extensive experience in financial management ,budgeting and corporate finance

  • Strong financial planning, cost control and profitability enhancement

  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve financial issue

  • Competent in financial software preferably SAP , advance Excel skills and data analysis tools

  • Excellent in written and verbal communication

  • Strong sense of ethics and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality of financial information

  • Has effective business acumen /insight

Job Description

Oversees all financial operations , planning and implementation strategy. Manages budget, forecast and cash flow

while leading the Finance Team and advising Management on financial decisions to ensure business profitability and stability.

Analyze market trends , company performance and economic conditions to create financial plans that ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages the annual budget , forecast future financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

  • Efficiently manage and monitor cash flow and investments to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Conducts financial analysis & strategies, prepares timely reports , provides financial insights and strategic recommendations to Management .

  • Evaluates and recommends investment opportunities to maximize returns.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient resource/capital allocation.

  • Assess and mitigate financial risk ensuring the organization's financial stability.

  • Develop strong internal controls to protect company assets , develop and implement financial strategies to ensure financial security.

  • Efficiently manage receivables , payables and investments to ensure smooth financial operations .

  • Lead, mentor and develop the Finance Team ensuring high performance and professionalism aligned to the organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business objectives.

  • Supports expansions by identifying new revenue streams and levering financial technologies.
