Job Description

As a
Finance Reporting Analyst
, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and compliance efforts. Your insights will be vital in aligning financial performance with business goals and driving strategic decision-making across the organization.

Hybrid in BGC, Taguig initially, with future transfer to Quezon City

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management
• Minimum
  2 years of hands-on experience
  in
  finance and accounting
  , including
  financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in other MS Office applications
• CPA certification is an advantage but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work in a hybrid set-up in BGC, with future transfer to Quezon City

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations during month-end and year-end closing activities
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic budgeting and forecasting processes across all brands
• Assist in the preparation of board materials, audit requirements, and other management reports
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial reporting with business goals and initiatives
• Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in special projects, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives
