About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Admin to join the team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our prestigious residential condominium complex located in Sampaloc, Manila City. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of our prestigious property.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks related to the condominium, including overseeing building maintenance, handling resident inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
2. Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to schedule and oversee building maintenance and improvement projects
3. Maintain detailed records of building operations, finances, and resident information
4. Respond to and address resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Organise and facilitate regular meetings with the condominium board and residents
6. Assist with the development and implementation of condominium policies and procedures
7. Monitor and ensure the security and safety of the building and its residents

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a building management or administrative role, ideally within the residential condominium or real estate industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, service providers, and the condominium board
4. Proficient in using relevant software and computer applications, such as property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
5. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices pertaining to condominium management
6. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
