We are seeking for a Property Administrators who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential properties as well as managing other employees who help maintain the property.

Responsibilities:

• Organize residents move-in/out - Preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary.
• Manage residents' concerns and provide solutions to the problem.
• Analyzing financial reports to track the performance of investment properties.
• Provide critical thinking and manage for the implementation of proper procedure during crisis situations.
• Manage to create and implement House Rules and Policies and Procedure.
• Coordinating with insurance, contractors, engineers and architects that the property is government compliant and ensure that the property is safe for occupancy.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with safety officer training certificate
• With pleasing personality
• With 1-2 years of experience as a Property Admin with the same or related position. Experience in a residential/building property management is preferred.
• Can supervise and lead multiple properties with or less than 600 units.
• Strong organizational skills
• Can work under less or minimum supervision.
• Must be able to work a varying schedule including Sunday Shift as needed.
