We are a global company establishing a new entity in the Philippines, and we're looking for talented individuals who are eager to grow with us.

Location: Onsite – Cabancalan, Mandaue City, Philippines (preferred Cebu base)

Reports To: Data Scientist

About the Role

Join a fast-growing global company reshaping mobile preventive healthcare. We need a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support Specialist who can help manage data, reports, and daily coordination. This role blends administrative and technical work—you'll help maintain databases, organize reports, and support internal teams to keep information accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain and update records accurately across multiple systems

• Prepare, organize, and summarize reports in Excel or similar tools

• Assist in cleaning, verifying, and managing operational data

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of CRM and internal dashboards

• Support internal teams with task tracking and follow-ups

• Assist in uploading and maintaining website or content updates (WordPress or similar)

• Provide general administrative and reporting support to leadership

What We're Looking For


• Strong attention to detail and solid organization skills

• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new tools (Airtable experience a plus)

• Good written and verbal English communication

• Reliable, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities

• Experience in data entry, reporting, or admin support preferred

The Offer


• Full-time, permanent role

• Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern Time hours (8 PM–5 AM PH time)

• ₱18,000–₱22,000 per month base salary

• Opportunity to grow into data analysis, project coordination, or systems roles

Mandaue City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
