Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured management training program covering sales, store operations, and leadership
  • Assist in daily store operations including sales monitoring, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for upselling and revenue growth
  • Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and operational standards across assigned stores
  • Monitor store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
  • Support manpower scheduling, attendance monitoring, and staff performance evaluation
