We're looking for a proactive Project Manager & Lead Generation Specialist to support the company's growth. This role combines project coordination with lead generation responsibilities, helping the company manage client projects smoothly while also bringing in new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage commercial photography, videography, and design projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and team assignments.

  • Support the creative team by organizing schedules, briefs, and production logistics.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Identify and source potential new clients through online research, prospecting tools, and industry platforms.

  • Reach out to leads via email, social media, and phone to introduce company services.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture warm leads and convert them into potential clients.

  • Maintain lead spreadsheets or CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop outreach strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, sales support, or administrative coordination.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with creative or media production environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, or project management platforms.
