What we're looking for

We're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer, with sufficient knowledge of creating digital images and textual animations. He or she is responsible for designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to Social Media/Website specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating design materials for OOH and brand activations that stay within budget limits.
  • Support cost-saving measures by suggesting practical design solutions during production.
  • Follow established brand guidelines to ensure consistent visuals across OOH and activation designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from senior designers and on-ground teams to improve designs.
  • Support multiple design projects by preparing files and artwork under supervision.
  • Prepare print-ready files according to specifications and double-check for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital folders and asset libraries for easy team access.
  • Keep up-to-date with basic software tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and learn new design trends.
  • Assist in reviewing proofs and samples to catch errors before production.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve design skills through training, workshops, and mentorship from senior creatives.

  • Participate in regular design reviews and critiques to build confidence and develop professional judgment.

Educational Background and Competencies Needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts (with strong creative portfolio) or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience: OOH advertising design, Brand activation campaigns, Experiential marketing visuals and Print and digital media design for large formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup etc); ability to prepare clean, production-ready files.
  • Understanding of OOH format specifications (e.g., resolution, bleed, scaling, color modes).
  • Accurate documentation of design specs, file naming conventions, and version control.
