Job Scope:

We are looking for talented, creative, and experienced 3D Visualiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will will play an important role in creating visual concepts and producing graphic illustrations, 3D visualizations, animations and other 3D design presentation materials for landscape design projects of different nature and size to help communicate design ideas and complex landscape planning, design and construction concepts and choices that inspire, inform and captivate clients, using various graphic design and 3D visualization software.

This role will work as part of our Design Support Team under the guidance of our Associate Designers and Senior Design staff, supporting project leaders, designers, and architects.

Primary Activities:

  • Study and understand project design concept; discuss the design and technical details and requirements with relevant design, technical teams and reproduces the landscape concept into an impressive 3D graphics form using various photo-realistic 3D visualisation renderings and animations.

  • Create visually appealing, eye-catching 3D graphics presentations and renderings including high-quality illustrations, 3D visuals, animations and modelling. The creation of visuals might also include symbols and signage libraries, exhibits, 3D maps, digital and physical models, video animation using digital illustration and 3D visualisation and animation software applications.

  • Ensures all applicable landscape, graphic design and 3D visualization standards and parameters are followed and maintained in all 3D visualization and graphics illustration works, and assigned works are properly assessed against information on hand and are delivered within set project timeframe.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced hands-on knowledge and familiarity with 3D technology.
  • Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Rhino, Lumion, Sketch-Up, Vray, D5 render.
  • Good command and knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Aftereffects and Premiere)
  • Strong grasp of solid modeling design principles and techniques.
  • Accurately interpret technical illustrations, modelling data, design concepts and produce advanced 3D visualisation, graphic presentations, illustrations and renderings.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work.
