Job Overview

As part of our creative team, you will design and implement a broad range of 3D elements and help maintain a smooth and effective production pipeline across projects:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expert in all phases of 3D production, including asset creation and tasks such as modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, compositing, and rendering — all while ensuring a cohesive visual style.
  • Ensuring an efficient 3D pipeline using both internal and external 3D Art resources.
  • Adapt to varying visual styles by developing both stylized and realistic assets that align with the project's creative vision.
  • Stay up to date with emerging software, tools, and hardware relevant to 3D production, and integrate new technologies into the workflow as needed.
  • Consistently meet production deadlines while upholding strict technical and quality standards across all submitted assets.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the production pipeline, providing timely solutions to support team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with team leads and stakeholders at every stage of development to ensure consistency, clarity, and smooth asset integration.
  • Requires excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Share expertise and ideas with the 3D team, offering both creative input and practical support throughout the production process and during brainstorming sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Background and Competencies Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation or related field.
  • At least years of experience working as a 3D Generalist, 3D Artist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in the full 3D production pipeline, with expertise in every stage from asset creation to final output.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Generalist, with a portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in Blender and Maya, with advanced expertise and a strong emphasis on Cinema 4D.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools—including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign—to assist in visual development for 3D projects.
