We're looking for an Investment Reporting Analyst who can turn investment activity and performance insights into clear, client-ready reports. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, translating complex developments into simple narratives, and working with multiple teams to deliver accurate and timely content.

What You'll Do


• Review portfolio activity and summarize key movements, major investments, valuation changes, and other notable events for client reports.


• Deliver recurring product reports across different asset classes with accuracy and consistency.


• Work closely with internal teams to gather information and align on content requirements.


• Build strong knowledge of the firm's investment strategies, products, and asset classes.


• Ensure reports are delivered with high quality and follow internal standards.


• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate information and secure the necessary approvals.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.


• At least 3 years of experience in reporting, investment analysis, or financial markets.


• Strong interest in the financial industry, particularly private markets.


• Excellent organizational skills and comfort working with tight timelines.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear and compelling messages.


• Excellent written communication and fluency in English.


• Solid skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


• Experience working with clients or stakeholders is a plus.


• Knowledge of SQL and experience building Excel-based tools is an advantage.
