About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shift Manager to join our team at Twin Flames Global Corporation' in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and employee engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift, managing a team of hospitality professionals
  2. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards, driving continuous improvement
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process optimisation
  4. Coordinate and communicate with other shift managers and the management team to ensure seamless operations
  5. Provide hands-on support and coaching to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  6. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Assist with inventory management, budgeting, and other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar setting
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with hospitality management software
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  6. Tertiary qualification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
