Join our global team and make an impact in ensuring carrier compliance

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Carrier Compliance Specialist to help keep our carrier network accurate, compliant, and reliable. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data accuracy, organization, and working in a collaborative team environment—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote setup.

What You'll Do

•    Collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers.

•    Accurately enter, update, and manage carrier data in our MyCarrierPortal systems.

•    Review and validate carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy.

•    Identify and correct data discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

•    Communicate with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details.

•    Organize and maintain digital records and compliance files.

•    Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements.

What We're Looking For

•    High school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus).

•    Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred.

•    Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

•    Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills.

•    Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently.

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•    Knowledge of database management is an advantage.
