Job Description:

Shift Supervisors should tend to visualize problems and opportunities in terms of their particular areas of responsibility. They have direct contact with operative employees, and supervisors must interpret, apply, and make meaningful the directives and requirements given by their own superior.

Joint Hand with the Head Supervisor for the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring high-quality products and efficient services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct staff briefing to give updates, issues, and other related concerns.
  • Perform travel path after briefing to ensure that the outgoing shift has properly endorsed the store to the next shift.
  • Check the manpower, equipment, and product availability.
  • Check staff side duties.
  • Handling the cash fund that supplies all store outlets and ensuring the safety of the said fund.
  • Responsible for the Asset inventory.
  • Requisition of office supplies, utilities, and maintenance supplies.
  • Supervise the month-end inventory.
  • Communicate and report all accidents/incidents following company procedure to the immediate supervisor.
  • Responsible for the submission of Store Sales.
  • Attend to customer complaints if needed and immediately report the incident to the management.

· Adherence to the company's Code of Conduct.
