We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Staff / HR Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves providing administrative, HR, and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth coordination between office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations including filing, scheduling, and monitoring of office supplies
  • Handle internal and external communications such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate employee and project records, and organize files for easy retrieval
  • Prepare and file invoices, official receipts, transmittal and acknowledgement receipt if needed
  • Encode expenses and assist in maintaining records for accounting and BIR-related documentation
  • Keep track of daily records such as DTRs (Daily Time Records), attendance summaries, and site assignments of employees
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide administrative and HR support such as preparing reports, drafting memos, and assisting with employee onboarding
  • Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and maintaining HR files
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and company information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business Administration, Human Resources, or related courses preferred)
  • Experience in administrative or HR work is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on-site and preferably residing in or near Binangonan, Rizal

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Full-time
