Messenger/Collector

The Messenger will be responsible for handling various field-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery and collection of important documents, materials, and payments. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver documents, checks, and materials between offices, suppliers, and clients
• Process bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and other payments) as assigned
• Deliver invoices, statements of account, and collection receipts to clients
• Ship or receive documents and materials from partner locations or external couriers
• Assist in office errands and other operational support tasks as needed
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery and collection schedules
• Ensure accuracy and security of items handled

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Vocational Course, or College Level
• With valid driver's license (Restriction Code 1 & 2)
• Must own a motorcycle in good running condition
• Experience as a messenger, rider, or field personnel is an advantage
• Knowledge of Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes (Rizal area preferred)
• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual
• Can handle cash, checks, and confidential documents carefully
• Willing to work on-site, Monday to Saturday
