Job Description Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Telemarketing professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and helping to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Manage and update customer database in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a professional relationship until closing sales.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages (if applicable).
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
