Our mission is simple: we introduce craft and delight to everyday eating. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can't help but eat (like a habit).

We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 1 M + meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.

Dispatchers perform the final check on our orders to ensure a memorable customer experience. We also maintain a culture of developing talent and promoting from within. Dispatchers have development plans set by their managers and eventually rotate through multiple stations.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of dispatcher or cashier experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Preferred: graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
  • Calm under pressure - our dispatchers deal with a consistent flow of orders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willing to work in Salced, Makati

Nice-to-have

  • Prior food preparation experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What you'll be doing

  • Performing critical day-to-day ops such as inventory reporting, quality checking, management of our POS system, food packing.
  • Our dispatchers also get exposure to preparing ingredients for service, stocking stations, and preparing cold station dishes and beverages.
  • Coaching and motivating junior members of the team - we believe in giving everyone at every level the opportunity to display leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
