Job Description

This is a full-time Admin Clerk position based in Energy Development Corporation - Amacan Geothermal Power Plant. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the detachment admin work for Silverlink Security and Investigative Services Inc. together with head office Admins. As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a key part in upholding the company's commitment to security and risk management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive requests from detachment commanders / security officers or security personnel.
  • Analyze, validate and recommend action and route reports to superior officers.
  • Coordinate with client thru detachment commander schedule of interview of security guard applicants and follow up result of interview.
  • Encode, photocopy and file mandatory and local clearances and other personnel documents.
  • Encode and update database employee information.
  • Prepare requests for payments.
  • Prepare summary of fund replenishment.
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications.
  • Answer calls and send text template responses.
  • Assist security personnel concerns and issues.
  • Coordinate with security officers or security admin clerks assigned in various projects.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the agency.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or related field
  • Computer literate, with computer and applications know-how (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good in oral and written English communication
  • Good customer service skills
  • 1 year Administrative/Clerical work experience is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned in Brgy. New Leyte, Maco, Davao de Oro.
