JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with internal teams to gain an understanding of requirements for documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of documents like solution content, methodology and tools, project management, technical canvas, patch note releases, etc. and its safekeeping.
  • Edit materials to have a consistent voice across chapters and volumes. Revises documents as soon as certain changes happen.
  • Review existing documentation to identify outdated, missing or inconsistent content.
  • Produce quality documentation aligned with set standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a technical writing role. Experience with a software company is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of IT System concepts, including networking, data protection, cloud computing, transactional systems, database technology, web applications, and system architecture.
  • Experience with Visio and other diagramming and vector graphics apps a plus.
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, prioritize tasks and ensure high quality in a dynamic environment,
  • Can work in Makati City or Project sites as needed.
