We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

What are the role and responsibilities?

Attend to inquiries and ensure correspondence & concerns of agents, customers, and suppliers are replied or attended timely. Keep close/regular contact to maintain relationship.

Prepare and send quotation (update or revise) for house or existing clients

Monitor and update credit agreements with current and new clients

Maintain records of Sales Department (customer profile, survey, supplier accreditation, Minutes of department meeting, others)

Coordinate with suppliers to check related cost & negotiate competitive rates.

Monitor billing from suppliers for preparation of payment request.

Other Line of Business (Domestic/Warehousing/Special Projects)

Coordinate with suppliers/subcon to secure competitive rates

Create Job Order in TIOS and monitor billing of suppliers

10.   Monitors movement from suppliers or shipments and update customers.

11.Attend to client concerns from the start of shipment up to collection

This could be for you if you're:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customs Administration, Logistics Management, or any related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations within a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain company.

Strong communication and negotiation skills for client and supplier coordination.
