What you will do:

  • Leads the company's overall communications strategy and implementation of its key programs
  • Responsible for the implementation of corporate engagement plans to drive brand trust through corporate-led initiatives
  • Leads end-to-end strategic communication plans of McDonald's key programs that promotes and enhances the brand's image and reputation to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensures alignment of corporate engagement strategies and communication plans with the organization's business and brand goals
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, in developing communication strategies that are consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging to target audiences
  • Provides communication support to the organization's corporate social responsibility, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)

What we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years working experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or the similar field
  • Must have high acumen for strategic thinking and insighting, project management, organization, and planning skills
