Service Receptionist

- Attends to customers immediately when they enter the reception area.
- Check customers name with the list of appointments expected for the day to verify if customer is an appointment or walk-in customer.
- Assigns an available Service Advisor to a particular customer to minimize waiting time before he is attended to.
- For appointment customers, check the name of the customer to Appointment Slip and give queue number and hand over to customer.
- Records all customers who came for the day and take note of their time-in and the time they were attended to by a Service Advisor.
- Informs the Reception Head whenever there are VIP customers such as corporate accounts, back jobs, etc. for them to be given priority in servicing.
- Responsible to operate the queuing system and give queue number to customer.
- Get the Service Billing for delivery customers if the Service is not available and assists the customer to Cashier to settle the billing.
