Full Job Description:

    1. Financial Statement Preparation (MAIN FOCUS)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all FS schedules and supporting documents.

Analyze financial results and provide explanations for variances.

Ensure timely submission of FS to management and external parties.

  1. General Ledger & Account Reconciliation

Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

Perform regular reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, inventory, assets, accruals).

Correct accounting entries and ensure proper classification of transactions.

  1. Accounts Monitoring

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable entries to ensure accuracy in FS.

Verify and monitor expense, revenue, and cost entries.

Ensure all transactions are properly documented and posted before FS closing.

  1. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Prepare BIR-related schedules aligned with Financial Statements.

Assist in tax filing and audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

  1. Assets, Inventory & Schedules

Maintain updated lapsing schedules and depreciation calculations.

Assist in monthly inventory reconciliation and adjustments.

Prepare and maintain other FS-related schedules.

  1. Audit Support

Prepare required documents for internal and external audits.

Respond to audit inquiries related to FS, transactions, and schedules.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.

· At least 2–5 years' experience in general accounting with FS exposure.

· Strong knowledge in FS preparation, accounting principles, and taxation.

· Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
