Job Summary:

The Sales Agent serves as the frontline representative of Dolmar Land, responsible for converting leads into homebuyers by understanding client needs, offering tailored property solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. The agent plays a key role in building trust, creating positive client experiences, and achieving personal and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation & Lead Conversion

  • Engage with assigned leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify clients, understand their housing needs, and recommend suitable property options.
  • Schedule and conduct trippings/site visits to showcase model units and project features.
  • Present pricing, payment terms, and promos clearly and persuasively.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the buying journey — from inquiry to reservation and beyond.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documents and guide them through the reservation and loan application process.
  • Coordinate with Team Leader and Customer Service for timely responses to client concerns.

Sales Process & Documentation

  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions in compliance with Dolmar Land's policies.
  • Submit reservation forms, buyer's information sheets, and IDs promptly and accurately.

Performance Tracking

  • Achieve individual sales targets set by the Team Leader.
  • Participate in daily check-ins, performance reviews, and weekly planning with the team.
  • Attend training sessions, sales rallies, and other events as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of college education; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not required (fresh graduates and career shifters welcome).
  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a performance-driven environment.
