Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and design? The Leasing Agency is seeking a 
Marketing Assistant
 to join our growing team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build their marketing career, bring fresh ideas to the table, and grow within a dynamic property-focused environment.

 
What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the creation of visually engaging marketing materials across digital and print platforms
  • Design social media content, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns using 
    Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Support content updates for our WordPress website
  • Collaborate with the team on branding, lead generation, and advertising initiatives
  • Help manage and analyze marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and contribute creative ideas
  • Perform general marketing support duties as needed

 
What We're Looking For:

  • A creative eye with attention to detail and a strong visual sense
  • Proficiency with 
    Microsoft 365 and Zoho
     tools
  • Working knowledge of 
    Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Enthusiastic about learning WordPress
     and exploring other digital tools
  • Interest in broader marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, email marketing, social media management)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with strong communication skills
  • Must be available to work full-time, 
    9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Melbourne time (AEST)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or content writing
  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)

RATE: PHP 30,000
