We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Specialist to join our team in Libis, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in internal auditing and a background in inventory audits. The role is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of internal controls and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and inventory-related auditsto ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and execution of audit plans and programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and review corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in internal audit; experience in inventory audits is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
