Zealplast Corporation, a trusted manufacturer of flexible packaging, is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Your focus will be on resource allocation, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and available capacity.
  • Coordinate inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials, minimizing shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor and compute job efficiency for every job order and calculate KPIs per machine
  • Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and improve resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets and avoid downtime.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and adjust schedules as needed to minimize delays.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data, forecast demand, and solve problems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.

We are located in Marilao, Bulacan.
