Qualifications:

  • Currently in their 3rd year or 4th year level - preferably Accounting/Finance or any related program.
  • At least 600 Hours requirements
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (MSWord, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Basic familiarity with SAP Tangro System.
  • Hybrid work set-up (depending on the requirements of the account)
  • Amenable to work on a mid shift schedule (8 Hours per day, Mondays to Fridays, except Holidays)
  • Location: BGC, Taguig City
  • With allowance provided
  • Endorsement Letter from the university/college is a pre-requisite

Summary of Job Description:

  • To provide support to Intercompany functions e.g, invoice posting, debt chasing and payment clearing.
  • To assist in processing invoices in SAP Tangro system daily.
  • To assist in collecting payments for overdue invoices.
  • To assist in clearing the customer and vendor subledger account upon release or receipt of payment from trading partners.
  • To assist in posting journal entries as needed.
  • To assist in handling costing tasks as needed.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Php500.00 per day

  • Bonifacio Global City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
