Roving Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell iWhite Korea and other brands of Biocostech Philippines Corporation to customers.
• Responsible for stock control and inventory management.
• Manage product displays and ensure timely restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both the selling area and stockroom.
• Receive and properly store large deliveries of stock.
• Assist customers by answering inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and promoting product awareness.
• Gather and relay customer feedback regarding products.
• Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and liquidation summaries.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or college-level education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Beauty Skincare Consultant, Merchandiser, Brand Promoter (e.g., Promo Girl/Push Girl), preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong skills in selling and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional personality.
• Ability to solve problems effectively, especially in high-pressure or crisis situations.
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated to meet or exceed targets.
