Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in External Audit for CPA
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in External Audit for Non-CPA
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role from a professional services firm
  • Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Familiarity with Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA) and basic taxation principles
  • Experience with audit methodologies and ability to interpret and apply auditing and accounting standards
  • Prior exposure to global service delivery or working with international teams is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/UK GAAP/International Review Standards is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management, resource allocation, and team supervision
  • Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, coaching, and client service orientation
  • Ability to foster a positive work culture and build strong working relationships with both local and global teams
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned tasks from global client-serving assurance teams, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
  • Review procedures performed by associate-level team members to ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies (GAM, Q&RM)
  • Utilize audit tools and methodologies to deliver work consistent with client expectations and quality standards
  • Proactively manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor performance against budget and utilization targets
  • Communicate effectively with global teams to establish expectations, resolve issues, and deliver value-added insights
  • Coach, lead, and supervise associate team members; conduct regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Contribute to the standardization and improvement of audit review processes and operational practices
  • Identify efficiencies and opportunities to expand the scope of services delivered by other teams
  • Promote positive teaming, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity, ensuring adherence to firm standards, values, and risk management practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php54,000.00 per month
